What is the difference between SSD and SSD-Cached?

SSD are some of the fastest on the market. SSD-Cached VPSs are also very quick, although not always quite as fast. SSD-Cached VPSs come with more space. They store "hot" data (data frequently accessed by the server) in a RAID10 array of SSDs. Less frequently accessed data is stored on a RAID10 of HDDs. The whole process is automated by our high performance hardware RAID cards.
